General Comments |
A follow up will occur in 10 days to check on all violations. This facility needs to take inspections seriously. Many items on the list from the previous inspection were not taken care of. I will not continue to give this facility warnings in the future you will just be shut down. Many handouts were given to the Manager regarding food temperatures, hand washing, sanitizing signs. Hand washing handouts shall be gone over with all employees. I expect when I come back in 10 days that all employees at this facility will have read and understood the handouts and a sign off sheet shall be provided to me at that time to ensure that employees have read the information.
